These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of eastwestcafes.com (the “Site”) and any products or services offered through it, operated by [LEGAL ENTITY NAME] (“EAST WEST”, “we”, “us”). By using the Site, placing an order, or creating an account, you agree to these Terms.

• Eligibility — You must be at least 18 (or the age of majority where you live) to purchase.
• Products & Availability — We sell specialty coffee and related goods and offer in-store café and catering services. Much of our coffee is roasted to order. All items are subject to availability; we may limit quantities or correct pricing/description errors at any time. Images are illustrative.
• Pricing & Payment — Prices are in USD and exclude taxes/shipping unless stated. We may refuse or cancel any order (including for suspected fraud or pricing errors). Payment is handled by third-party processors; we do not store full card details.
• Orders — Your order is an offer to buy. A confirmation email acknowledges receipt but is not acceptance; a contract forms only when we dispatch the product or begin the service.
• Accounts — You are responsible for your login credentials and all activity under your account.
• Wholesale & B2B — May be subject to a separate agreement, minimums, and pricing communicated directly.
• Intellectual Property — The EAST WEST name, logo, text, photos, and design are owned by or licensed to us; no commercial use without written permission.
• Acceptable Use — No unlawful use, interference, scraping, or malicious code.
• Disclaimers — Site and products provided “as is.” Coffee is a food product; review allergen/origin info.
• Limitation of Liability — No indirect/incidental/consequential damages; total liability capped at the amount you paid for the relevant product/service.
• Indemnification — You indemnify us for claims arising from your breach or misuse.
• Changes — We may update these Terms; continued use means acceptance.
• Governing Law — Commonwealth of Virginia and the United States; exclusive jurisdiction in Virginia courts.
